    [MEMBER EXCLUSIVE]

Join us for our (almost!) monthly Member Breakfast Series program for a tour of the Brewery Complex area in East Kensington. Hear from Marc Collazzo, Executive Director, Fishtown Kensington BID and Josh Olivo, Managing Partner, Elk Street Management, on the history of the East Kensington Brewery Complex area, the major restorations to preserve the historic buildings, and the growth of the neighborhood with multiple new mixed-use development projects recently opened.
The program will begin at Vessel Coffee with networking, light breakfast, and a conversation on the past and future of the neighborhood, followed by a short walking tour.

Tour highlights will include Martha (2113 E York St) with Mike Parsell from A-Frame and Bill and Nancy Barton, of Philadelphia Brewing Company (2440 Frankford Ave), where attendees will hear from the owners and developers of these projects on the restoration and adaptive reuse of the sites. Followed by a preview of what’s to come for the neighborhood with stops at 2421 Martha Street with Greg Root of Defined Hospitality and 2406 Frankford Ave with Henry Siebert and Ryan Kalili of Archive.
