Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) Committee
ULI harnesses the multidisciplinary expertise of its members to help communities solve challenging land use, development, development, and redevelopment issues. At the local level, this is accomplished through Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs). Outreach to public sector officials about land use needs, help scope project and seek ULI member panelists.
Resilience Committee
Develop unique programs and technical assistance projects to foster community, awareness, understanding and engagement to enhance the resilience of regional ecosystems and built environments, and work with ULI colleagues to integrate the topic of resilience into programming across the District Council.
