    Karine Blanc is the CEO of Avenue Fouchard Advisors, a real estate development advisory firm based in Philadelphia. Karine started her career in investment management and private equity and brings over 10 years of experience in finance and real estate. Karine earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University. Karine is a dedicated teacher. As an Instructor for Wall Street Prep, she trains top real estate firms all over the world on financial modeling and real estate principles. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Temple University and teaches Meditation for Peace at Studio 34 in West Philly. She is passionate about all things related to economic development, urban development, community investment, and changing the world.

    Danielle DiLeo Kim, AIA, is the President and CEO of PHILADELPHIA250, the nonprofit leading and inspiring Philadelphia’s 250th anniversary celebration of American independence in 2026. Leveraging her urban design and community engagement experience, Danielle is shaping this once-in-a-generation milestone to engage Philadelphians in their neighborhoods to deliver a “by the people, for all people” 250th. Danielle believes that Philadelphia can serve as a national model for an equitable and culturally competent 250th anniversary marked by civic action and transformation. Prior to PHILADELPHIA250, Danielle was instrumental in the design and realization of institutional and cultural buildings, citywide and campus master plans, and engagement processes for community and high-level stakeholders across Philadelphia. Her past clients and projects include The Salvation Army Kroc Center, Mann Center, the Planning Commission’s Philadelphia2035, PIDC’s Lower Schuylkill Master Plan, the Centennial District Master Plan, University City District, and Temple University. Danielle is actively engaged in the community. She currently serves on the board of the American Institute of Architects Philadelphia; she recently completed six years on the board of Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, and she is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Danielle holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech. She lives with her husband and two daughters in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia where you’ll find her running or riding her bike.
