Regional Reports & Research
Since 1947, ULI has harnessed the multidisciplinary expertise of its members to help communities solve challenging land use, development, development, and redevelopment issues on behalf of government agencies and community-based nonprofits. This is delivered through a suite of advisory services from Technical Assistance Panels to National Study Visits and Advisory Service Panels. Learn more about these services, and the regional reports that they have produced, below.
Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs)
ULI Philadelphia assembles a local panel of 8-15 senior-level members representing the specific land use disciplines needed for a particular assignment. Over an intensive working session, panelists tour the study area, interview stakeholders, and work collaboratively to produce preliminary findings and recommendations which are presented at the conclusion of the TAP in either a private or public forum. A complete report follows with detailed recommendations. To learn more about TAPs, or determine if one could be a good fit for your community, click here.
Advisory Service Panels (ASPs)
Advisory Service Panels help communities find strategic, practical solutions for the most challenging issues facing today’s urban, suburban, and rural areas. During a concentrated one-week effort, a national panel of experts address challenging real estate and land use issues and provide solutions. View completed regional reports below.
National Centers and Initiatives
Our centers and initiatives bring together ULI members, staff, and supporters to deliver insightful research, and to help apply what we learn together. View reports that include the Philadelphia region from various centers and initiatives below.
