    Brenna March

    Project Manager, Gnome Architects LLC

    Brenna March is a graduate of Drexel University and a project manager at Gnome Architects; an architectural firm focused on creating high quality projects that strive to positively contribute to the urban fabric of Philadelphia. As a senior member of the team at Gnome, Brenna has been essential in transforming conceptual challenges into elegant buildings throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding area. In her tenure, she has worked on numerous projects that range in scale from custom single family homes to high-end mixed-use apartment buildings. By specializing in both single-family and multifamily design, Brenna has immersed herself in the dynamic tapestry of Philadelphia's neighborhoods. This experience has gained her a nuanced understanding of the local zoning code, allowing for quick evaluations of a property’s potential for development. The combined knowledge of zoning and building codes streamlines the design process and is instrumental in transforming challenges into opportunities for her clients and the community.

    William Bergman

    Chair, City of Philadelphia, Zoning Board of Adjustment

    Mr. Bergman has served as Chair of the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) since November 30, 2021. In this role, Mr. Bergman has worked closely with Philadelphia residents and community organizations to ensure proper communication and participation in the zoning process. Prior to his appointment to the ZBA, Mr. Bergman served at Temple University from 1996 to 2021. His roles included Vice President for Public, Government and Community Affairs, as well as Vice President of Operations and Business Services and Chief of Staff to the President. Throughout his tenure at Temple, Mr. Bergman worked closely with the City’s Planning Commission, the ZBA, and the City’s Department of Licenses and Inspections. Currently, Mr. Bergman is a member of the Salvation Army Board and the Philadelphia Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) Board. Previously, he was an active board member with Northwest Victims Services. A native Philadelphian, Mr. Bergman holds an B.S. in Accounting from Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia University and Philadelphia College of Textiles) and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph’s University. Mr. Bergman also attended executive training at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

    Founder, Vich Properties LLC

    Roy Aharonovich - founder of Vich Properties, a real estate development and management company for multifamily buildings, commercial mixed use buildings and luxury single family homes. Moved from Israel to Philadelphia in 2013 to pursue academics and athletics. Educated at Drexel University Lebow college of business, where he graduated with his MBA specializing in real estate development and management. His early experience as a project manager has shaped his understanding of construction which drives his ability to understand the possibilities and complexities of properties. As a visionary developer, Roy's success comes from realizing and capturing market opportunities where properties are not being maximized for use and financial performance. He is passionate about creating a difference within the community while doing what he loves.

    William T. Harris is a distinguished Realtor with KW Philly, an impressive career spanning 23 plus years. William's unwavering commitment to excellence and deep knowledge of the real estate industry have earned him a reputation as a trusted and reliable professional in the field. Throughout his career, William has successfully guided countless individuals and families through the complex process of buying and selling homes and investment properties ensuring their needs are met with utmost precision and care. William's leadership extends to his role as the President of the United Neighbors Alliance CDC 501(c)3, where he has currently plays a pivotal role in fostering community growth and development. His strategic vision and collaborative approach has allowed the organization to effectively address key social and economic challenges, making a lasting impact on the lives of community members. As the RCO (Registered Community Organization) President of the highly sought-after section of Philadelphia's 47th Ward, William has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for residents. Beyond his real estate endeavors, William has dedicated over 25 years of his life to serving as a passionate Community Activist for Youth. Recognizing the importance of empowering young minds, he has tirelessly advocated for their rights and well-being.     Alex Goldberg

    Associate Attorney, Nochumson PC

    Alex Goldberg is an associate attorney at Nochumson P.C. He focuses his practice on zoning and land use and is known for his attention to detail, creative problem solving, and keen ability to think on his feet. In addition to his membership to ULI, Alex is actively involved in the Builder’s Industry Association of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Bar Association and participates as a Board Observer to Philadelphia Legal Services. Alex earned his law degree at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, and his Bachelors of Science from James Madison University.
