Meet the ULI PHL Staff: Natalia Serejko

Natalia joined ULI Philadelphia in January of 2015 after being drawn to the organization’s mission to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. As Senior Associate she manages the Affinity Councils including NEXT, Women’s Leadership, and Young Leaders including the mentorship program and the Etkin Johnson Scholarship. She also oversees the Scholarship Council, the newly formed Membership Committee, and Regional Councils including Central Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Lehigh Valley. Natalia also handles Social Media communications.

Born in Poland, Natalia moved to Southern New Jersey in elementary school. She attended Ocean City High School and graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. Before joining ULI Philadelphia, she worked at a Center City law firm as a Paralegal and Notary.  Natalia and her husband Rob recently purchased a home in Mt.Airy where they live with their dog Otis, and she enjoys gardening and taking part in community projects. Natalia serves as a board member for her local RCO, East Mt. Airy Neighbors, and is an avid traveler who enjoys visiting architectural landmarks and learning how cities can improve the lives of their residents.
