Join ULI Philadelphia for an exciting new program in our Member Series this month with Post Brothers, a nationally-recognized leader in mixed-use community development, innovation, and sustainability. Post Brothers will take us on an exclusive, hard hat tour of their latest project at Broad and Washington for a behind the scenes look at the construction progress of the largest development in Philadelphia's history.
Hear from developers on the project’s transformative vision that will feature nearly 2 million square feet of residential, commercial and public space. Following the tour, guests are invited to network over drinks at a venue nearby.
Please note, all guests must follow the OSHA safety requirements below to participate in the tour:
- All guests must wear closed toed, hard soled, flat shoes. Due to recent rain storms the site will be muddy - please plan accordingly to follow the footwear requirements.
- No shorts or dresses; pants required.
- All guests must wear the PPE provided - hard hats, goggles, and high visibility vests.
- Sign on-site safety waiver before beginning tour.
