Join us for the return of the in person ULI Philadelphia Member Breakfast Series, with a “watch from home” hyrbid option. Hear from Prema Katari Gupta, Vice President for Parks and Public Realm, Center City District on return to office trends and their impact on the central business district. Gupta will share insights from Center City District’s research around office, retail and economic recovery. Following a brief presentation, audience members are invited to engage in an informal Q&A.
Prior to the formal program, light breakfast and coffee will be available for those attending in person. COVID-19 waiver required upon arrival. Masks are strongly encouraged for all attendees and required for anyone not fully vaccinated.
