    The ULI Philadelphia Young Leaders Group is pleased to present the fourth annual ULI Philadelphia Shark Tank event. This event has been rescheduled from its original date in March 2020 and will be delivered online as a webinar. 
     
    Join emerging Philadelphia real estate developers as they pitch their projects to some of the largest local real estate icons and industry leaders. This year’s Shark Tank will feature a special focus on impact development and will showcase two developers that have demonstrated a commitment to improving not just their portfolio of properties but their local neighborhoods as well. Join us for a fun evening where our sharks will sink their teeth into two exciting projects and determine which project has potential for investment!

    Jacqueline Kluger Director of Investor Relations Jacqueline Kluger manages investor relations for Post Brothers. Post Brothers is a real estate investment, development, and management company with unique expertise in urban real estate development, focused on ground up development, full renovation and repositioning of existing properties, and adaptive reuse. Since the company’s founding in Philadelphia in 2006, it has engaged in the sponsorship of Class-A multifamily, mixed use and retail development projects comprised of over 5,000 apartment units and over 300,000 SF of commercial space, with a total capitalized cost in excess of $1.5 billion. Jacqueline has a diverse real estate background with extensive experience in real estate finance, having previously worked for a national real estate private equity firm. There, Jacqueline led capital markets, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and the support of capital raising; worked with asset management to achieve critical fund performance goals; and managed investor reporting for its six private equity funds. Jacqueline received her MBA from the University of California, Irvine and her BS from Purdue University.
