As ULI Philadelphia’s newest Associate, Kelly will be overseeing the Young Leaders Group, Women’s Leadership Initiative, NEXT, Signature Programs Committees, and the Southern New Jersey and Delaware Regional Councils. Kelly is a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies. She previously worked for the Pittsburgh Downtown CDC as a Project Manager, where she led the event planning team to organize and run city-wide events. She also held a variety of internships within the non-profit and public sectors, including with the Mayor’s Office of Philadelphia.

Kelly is happy to be back in her hometown of Philadelphia and looks forward to exploring more of the local food scene, cheering on her beloved Philly sports teams, and volunteering for PhillyPaws on the weekends. Her passion for Philadelphia, combined with the unique planning and development challenges facing the city, attracted Kelly to ULI and she is thrilled to be at the forefront of the exciting progress being made city-wide.
