ULI Philadelphia has announced that Lindsay Bodin, Project/Property Manager at AthenianRazak , is the recipient of the 2017 ULI Fall Meeting Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Langan Scholarship.
Ms. Bodin holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University. She serves as a board member for East Falls Development Corporation, is also a member of its Design Committee, and is the Membership Administrator for The Rail Park.
Lindsay spent several years in New York City as a building code and zoning consultant helping developers and architects obtain the right to build. She currently works for a real estate company in Philadelphia called AthenianRazak. In her current roles, Lindsay is a part of the re-development of a historic 47ksf brick warehouse in Camden, manages commercial properties including two “green” facilities for Penn State University in the Navy Yard, and stabilizes distressed receivership properties in preparation for sale.
WLI’s Fall Meeting Scholarship was open to all female ULI Philadelphia members who have at least five years of experience in industries related to real estate and land use, and who have held leadership roles within ULI.
