ULI Philadelphia’s Women’s Leadership Initiative has been granted the opportunity to bring more WBE’s and MBE’s to the real estate table. WLI is thrilled to extend this call for applications to female and minority entrepreneurs in land use and real estate related fields who are interested in pursuing the certification but have faced barriers in the past.

Selected applicants will receive a free training and scholarship to cover the costs of this certification. This opportunity aligns with the WLI committee mission to provide support, training, exposure and networking opportunities to those who haven’t had the same voice in the development of our cities and neighborhoods.  Through this program, WLI hopes to highlight and diversify the service providers who are practicing in our industry and provide resources for them to be recognized and extended business opportunities typically reserved for registered MWBEs.
