The Philadelphia Land Bank re-issued the West Poplar Workforce Housing RFP. Developers are encouraged to submit proposals for seven publicly owned vacant lot properties in the West Poplar neighborhood of Philadelphia. The RFP is aimed at promoting homeownership of family-style workforce hosuing under the WFH Program.
