1800 Arch Street/Comcast Technology Center has been named as a finalist for 2019 ULI Global Awards for Excellence. ULI began the Awards for Excellence program in 1979 to recognize truly superior development efforts in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Winning projects represent the highest standards of achievement in the development industry—standards that ULI members deem worthy of attainment in their professional endeavors. Today the development community widely recognizes the ULI Global Awards for Excellence program as one of its most prestigious awards programs. This year’s finalists include 14 in North America, four in Asia, and one in Europe. To read the full list of finalists, click here.
A jury of ULI full members select finalists and winners. Members of the jury are recognized leaders who represent a broad geographic diversity and many areas of real estate development expertise, including finance, architecture, design, land planning and development, public affairs, design, and professional services. Winners will be recognized during the 2019 ULI Fall Meeting, which will be held September 18–21 in Washington, D.C., and will be profiled in the fall issue of Urban Land.
