ULI Philadelphia released its 2020 Annual Report detailing membership trends, highlighting key programs, and sharing progress on various impact initiatives.
Some highlights include an expanded Real Estate Forecast with the highest attendance to date, two National Study Panels focused on parks and open space, three Technical Assistance Panels in the pipeline, and the introduction of UrbanPlan to the Philadelphia market.
Other key trends include:
380 members, or 41% of members, are actively engaged in one of 17 local committees or councils;
47 members serve on National Product Councils;
8 members have served on national advisory panels in the past year, sharing best practices with cities around the world;
ULI Philadelphia is working to advance thought leadership around affordable housing, the future of work, and climate change planning with partners including the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation.
