In Person Meeting Policy
ULI Philadelphia values meeting together in real life. Our priority is to maintain the ability to deliver content, convene members and advance the mission of ULI while protecting the safety of our members, staff, and families. In response to shifting guidelines from the Center for Disease Control, as well as local and institutional guidelines, ULI Philadelphia has the following policies in place for in person events:
Through March 31, 2022:
- Proof of vaccination and face coverings will continue to be required. These events began accepting registrations prior to changing guidelines, and we are committed to honoring the policy for those who registered with the understanding that these requirements would be in place.
After April 1, 2022, conditions allowing:
- We will no longer require proof of vaccination to attend an in person event. We strongly encourage anyone who is showing symptoms of COVID-19 or that was recently exposed to stay home. Our more flexible 24-hour cancellation policy will continue to remain in effect.
We will continue to evaluate these policies as public health conditions evolve and make adjustments as necessary. We look forward to safely convening and seeing you all in person again.
