ULI Philadelphia Announces New Co-Chairs for the South Jersey and Delaware Regional Councils

ULI Philadelphia welcomes two new additions to the South Jersey and Delaware Regional Council’s leadership. Angelo Alberto will be joining Andy Bush as Co-Chair in Southern Jersey and Sean O’Neill will be joining Jay White and Jim Landon as Co-Chair in Delaware.
Angelo Alberto is the founder and CEO of City Invincible Architecture, Interiors and Urban Design. Founded in 2016, City Invincible represents the merger of three regional design firms making “CI” both a new firm and a firm with over forty years of combined experience. City Invincible focuses in the areas commercial, education, healthcare, multifamily residential and urban design. Angelo is a registered architect and licensed professional planner. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and his Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
Sean O’Neill joined the University of Delaware Institute for Public Administration staff in May of 2017. Sean’s role with IPA is multi-faceted, but includes managing the Local Government Leaders training program as well as working with State agencies in Delaware and Delaware’s municipalities on planning related issues. Prior to joining IPA, Sean was a Senior Planner with the Chester County Planning Commission where he was responsible for coordinating all housing related efforts and worked with Chester County municipalities on Comprehensive Plans and Zoning Ordinances. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government & Politics as well as a Masters degree in Community Planning from the University of Maryland.
In addition to their responsibilities to the Council, they also serve on ULI Philadelphia’s Advisory Board. The Advisory Board serves as the local leadership for ULI Philadelphia and is made up of a diverse group of leading real estate and land use professionals who volunteer their time to build a strong Philadelphia presence for ULI. The Advisory Board leadership position is a highly valued volunteer contribution to the Institute and our District Council.
