ULI Philadelphia has announced that Charlene Drake, Senior Project Manager at Langan Engineering, is the recipient of the 2016 Fall Meeting ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Philadelphia District Council Scholarship. WLI’s Fall Meeting Scholarship was open to all female ULI Philadelphia members who have at least five years of experience in industries related to real estate and land use, and who have held leadership roles within ULI.
