ULI In The News: Home Sales Hot in South Philly

NBC10 Philadelphia interviewed ULI senior fellow, John Mcllwain, on the rising home sales in South Philadelphia. Citing data from Urban Land Institute’s “2013 Emerging Trends in Real Estate” report, Philadelphia ranks #27 out of 51 cities on its “U.S. Markets to Watch” list.
