Dear Friends & Colleagues,

As this year ends, I want to take a moment to celebrate the significant and excellent work of the ULI membership and staff. At its core, ULI Philadelphia provides a place for people who care deeply about best practices in land use to engage with experts and with each other to discuss challenges, brainstorm solutions and amplify the best ones for transformative impact.  It is a place for us to learn from each other about what is happening in the world around us and to engage with that world and with each other more fully – more intelligently and more creatively. The breadth and depth of the programming organized by our members and staff this year is absolutely astonishing. Thank you so much for your time, dedication, and expertise.

During this holiday season I want to share my sincere wishes with all of you for a happy and healthy New Year. I hope you find time to reset and recharge in the coming days, and I look forward to working with all of you in 2023!
