On Tuesday, July 17, ULI Philadelphia invited its annual sponsors for a first look tour of the construction of the new Fitler Club now taking shape along the bank of the Schuylkill River. Fitler Club President, David Gutstadt, led the tour and described the future event spaces. Delivering in Q1, the Fitler Club boasts dining areas, a private movie theater, bowling alley, hotel, spa and fitness center that will be a bustling hub for a diverse group of professionals in Center City. Expanding the idea of a lifestyle hub, the Fitler Club aims to be more approachable and accommodating to the changing lifestyle needs of urban professionals by incorporating features that are inclusive of families. There will be a variety of dining options and even a supervised playroom.
The Fitler Club hopes to bring together all of the business, creative and social leaders of the city and provide a space for the exchange of ideas, networking, and connections that will drive this city forward.
Thank you to the Fitler Club for sharing this exciting project. We look forward to returning at explore the amenities at completion.
