Building Community Consensus

The October issue of New Jersey Municipalities, the magazine of the New Jersey State League of Municipalities, which goes to more than 13,000 elected and appointed officials in the Garden State, featured an article by ULI Philadelphia District Council Chair David M. Ricci and Collingswood, NJ Mayor and ULI member Jim Maley, entitled “Urban Land Institute Helps Build Community Consensus.” The article focuses on how a ULI Community Action Grant led to a TOD study and subsequent high-density development in the inner-ring town of Collingswood, NJ.
