Advise on a Technical Assistance Panel

We are seeking ULI members to serve as panelists on three upcoming Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs)!

Winter 2018 TAP Opportunities

The North District Station TAP will examine the redevelopment of a true inter-modal mass transit urban site in Philadelphia. The TAPs Council is in search of transportation planners, economic development analysts, architects and community development professionals to participate in the next TAP on January 25-26, 2018. The North District Station TAP will explore possibilities for market-supported redevelopment surrounding the North Philadelphia Rail Station on North Broad Street and how the development project can best serve the surrounding community.

Spring 2018 TAP Opportunities

The Harrisburg Third Street Corridor TAP will address how an established commercial corridor can spur continued economic development and better serve multi-modal users. The TAPs Council is seeking panelists with experience in transportation planning, economic development analysis, and main street redevelopment. Dates: April 18-19, 2018.

The West Fairview Waterfront Development TAP will examine economic strategies for revitalization and tourism opportunities along the East Pennsboro, PA waterfront. The TAPs Council is seeking panelists with experience in recreation, waterfront development, neighborhood revitalization and economic development. Dates: March 22-23, 2018.
