On April 9th a small group of ULI members met at The Left Bank for a discussion about historic preservation in Philadelphia lead by Julia Gutstadt of Dranoff Properties.
In an effort to provide constructive feedback to the City of Philadelphia’s Historic Preservation Task Force, where Ms. Gutstadt is appointed to represent ULI Philadelphia, attendees discussed the opportunities and challenges surrounding redeveloping historic structures. The attendees- a diverse group of developers, brokers, bankers, consultants, architects, and urban designers- discussed how the Task Force could improve incentives, regulation and resources.
Feedback from this group of practitioners will be submitted to the Task Force to inform their recommendations on improvements to historic preservation policies and regulations in the City of Philadelphia.
Thank you to Dranoff Properties for hosting this event.
