Get involved and join the leading multidisciplinary real estate organization in the region for expanding your network and increasing your industry knowledge.

The best way to get involved with ULI and meet your fellow members is to join a council or committee and support our mission.  Members support and drive our programming efforts, educational forums, public outreach and advocacy initiatives, and the sharing of best practices in responsible land use in the region.

Interested? There are spots available on numerous ULI PHL councils and committees. The window to apply is open until August 1^st. Don’t miss your chance to participate in FY19 programming!

Limited spots available on the following councils:

Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs) Committee – are you interested in planning issues, solving land use questions and working on supporting the region’s transformative development sites? Our TAPs council is responsible for building strategic partnerships with nonprofit and government partners in the region to drive the ULI mission by providing advisory services. Forecast & Capital Markets – interested in developing the premier ULI educational program of the year and providing visibility for the Philadelphia and regional market to the national PwC and ULI leaders? This committee plays the lead role in the Annual Real Estate Forecast and programming for ULI membership, the public and top industry leaders.

ULI Regional Councils – interested in focusing on specific land use and real estate topics, working with stakeholders and industry leaders and curate programming in: Central Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley, Delaware and Southern New Jersey?

The Programs Committee – are you a seasoned ULI member interested in leveraging your relationships, strategic thinking, and elevating our events and educational opportunities for the membership and public?

Product Councils – very limited openings by discipline are currently available, apply if you’re interested.
