Who has had the greatest influence on your career and what was the best advice he or she gave you?
My law school professor who encouraged me not to practice law and to enter the real estate investment business.
What are you most excited about in the Philadelphia area and region?
Many urban areas are enjoying a renaissance and the City of Philadelphia is one of the leaders in the nation. Job growth, in-migration, and a lively social and restaurant scene are making Philadelphia a very desirable destination.
As a ULI PHL Awards nominee, what makes you most proud of your project?
