Urban Land Institute Philadelphia and the Knight Foundation took on a new national survey to discover what makes a neighborhood great.
The survey, called “America in 2015,” discussed everything from transportation to housing. The results will be released during a panel discussion Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The panel discussion will include akeynote speech by ULI Chief Content Officer Kathleen Carey about the study’s implications on land use and real estate. Then, Brad Copeland, Executive Director, Mt. Airy USA; Tammy Leigh Dement, Associate Director, Civic Landscapes, Pennsylvania Horticultural Society; and David Waxman, Founder and Managing Partner, MM Partners, will discuss its findings.
Attendees will also receive a free copy of this study for use in the private and public sector.
