Located in the heart of Center City in Philadelphia, 1800 Arch Street (Comcast Technology Center) is a $1.5 billion, 60-story mixed-use tower that is the largest private development project in the history of Pennsylvania. Both a local and global ULI Awards for Excellence winner in 2019, the building includes 1,563,474 gross square feet of office space, a new Four Seasons Hotel and restaurants by the renowned chef Jean-George and James Beard award winning chef Greg Vernick; plus a new, underground concourse, lined with shops and art, connecting commuters and visitors to the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority’s Suburban Station.
Join ULI Philadelphia and Gattuso Development Partners for a walking tour of Philly’s newest mixed-use, vertical technology-focused corporate campus. Attendees will explore the expansive lobby’s art installations and public offerings, Comcast’s corporate campus and the beautiful new Four Seasons Hotel.
