After a brief hiatus, we are thrilled to invite audiences back for an evening of recognition, inspiration, and networking as we honor the exceptional projects and remarkable individuals that have transformed the landscape of real estate within our region.
Project Awards
Winning projects represent the highest standards of achievement in the development industry and advance the ULI mission to shape the future of the built environment for positive impact in communities worldwide. The Awards recognize both development projects and programs, initiatives, practices, plans, or policies that guide or enhance development. Leadership Awards
New for 2023, we are happy to introduce the Individual Leadership Award categories recognizing Emerging and Visionary Leaders. The Individual Leadership Awards recognize people who have demonstrated a significant and sustained leadership role in championing excellence and effectiveness of planning, implementation, and/ or advocacy work, as well as contribution to community improvement within ULI Philadelphia's regional footprint.
This year's program will feature a fireside chat with our inaugural honorees, including:
