Learn how UrbanPlan supports the next generation of diverse real estate leaders during a Lightning Round Happy Hour as UrbanPlan aficionados guide attendees through a fast and fun team-based competition to introduce you to the program.
This is a great way to get to know other ULI members, meet current UrbanPlan volunteers, explore volunteering yourself, and get a taste of the concepts covered in an UrbanPlan workshop - all over snacks and drinks.
From the creative challenge of balancing competing community demands while preserving your vision, to the financial challenge of maintaining economic viability while managing risk, to the marketing challenge of selling your plan to city council, there is no better way to get introduced to this exciting program.
