I created Rosario Estates LLC in February 2018 when I knew my purpose was to become a real estate investor and gain financial freedom through it. Experience: I began buying rental properties at the age of 20. I started with purchasing a multi family in Elizabeth, New Jersey where I and my family performed cosmetic renovations and had it rented within two months. After my first property I moved to the city of Philadelphia, a place with so many opportunities if you can see them. From there I was able to purchase investment properties, flip properties, and manage over 600+ residents for one of the biggest developers PMC Property Group in Philadelphia, PA. Since my time in Philadelphia I received my PA Real Estate license, Affordable Housing Landlord Cert., Graduate from Jumpstart Germantown Training program that provides hard money loans at a lower rate, Temple Construction Management Cert (In Process), member of the BIA, and managing partner Urban Developers Association. My goal is to continue purchasing properties in Philadelphia and provide affordable housing. Latest completed project was Turning a RM1 Property into a Duplex in West Kensington.
