    Andreina Perez Hein

    Executive Director, Everybody Builds

Andreina Perez Hein is the Executive Director of Everybody Builds; a collaborative initiative designed to diversify Philadelphia’s construction industry and build sustainable capacity for growth among diverse businesses and workers. Andreina has dedicated her career to serving and advocating for underrepresented communities, as well as to transforming the built environment in an equitable way. She has spent 8 years in the nonprofit research and human services sector and 14 years in the construction industry prior to joining Everybody Builds. She immigrated with her family to the U.S from Venezuela at the age of 5 and grew up in a working-class family. Eventually she worked her way up through project management roles to leading strategic business development for construction companies, resulting in achieving aggressive business growth goals. Andreina is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) chapter of Greater Philadelphia, where she has served on the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Advocacy Group and Strategic Planning Task Forces.
