The Urban Land Institute has set the standard in recognizing outstanding and transformational land use developments, best practices and creative visioning. Modeled after the ULI Global Awards for Excellence, the ULI Philadelphia Awards for Excellence will recognize superior development projects throughout the region based on criteria beyond innovation in planning and design, including adaptability, resiliency and sustainability, economic success, overall community health and social impact. This year, join us for a virtual celebration on June 16 as we announce the 2021 Award winners live. Our featured speaker will be film and television writer and producer, Lee Eisenberg, who has worked on hit shows such as The Office, Good Boys and Little America. In a fireside chat with Ken Starr, Manager, Joint Real Estate Development at SEPTA, Lee will touch on his newest venture, WeCrashed, an eight-episode series based on the rise and fall of WeWork, one of the world’s most valuable and controversial startups, and the husband wife duo behind the story, played by Jared Leto and Anne Hathaway.
