Victor Radina joined UHS in July 2017 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. In this capacity, he leads the company’s Strategic Business Development, focusing on Mergers, Acquisitions, and Joint Venture Partnerships across UHS’ Acute, Behavioral, Ambulatory, Physician and Managed Care Divisions.
Mr. Radina brings valuable perspective through his extensive not-for-profit health care investment banking experience, including strategic and capital financing engagements for integrated health care delivery systems, academic medical centers, multi-state provider systems, and managed care organizations. Well-networked in the industry, Mr. Radina is highly knowledgeable in the full continuum of care and strategic issues facing health care organizations, including the issues and demands on health care providers evolving into the new paradigm of value and risk.
Prior to joining UHS, Mr. Radina spent close to 20 years in Not-for-Profit Health Care Investment Banking working with not-for-profit health care organizations across the country in the development and execution of strategic and capital financing initiatives. He began his investment banking career at Citigroup in 1997 and then joined Morgan Stanley in 2014.
Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Radina worked at SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals in Collegeville, Pennsylvania as a data consultant in a clinical research department focusing on cancer and rheumatoid arthritis drug research and development.
Mr. Radina graduated cum laude from Villanova University, where he majored in Finance and English. He also holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration with a Specialization in Informatics at Saint Joseph's University.
