    Stuart Margulies

    Senior Managing Principal - Head of Asset Management, Lubert-Adler, L.P.

    Stuart Margulies is a Managing Principal of Lubert-Adler. Mr. Margulies is head of asset management. He is responsible for the management and oversight of the firm's existing investments and is also involved in the acquisition of assets in the hospitality and self-storage sectors. He is a member of the firm's asset management, compliance and valuation committees. Mr. Margulies has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate investment sector. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Margulies was Vice President, Special Assets Department, First Union National Bank, and Analyst with Transact Property Company and the Greenwood Group. Mr. Margulies holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Temple University and a B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.
