Join the ULI Health & Life Sciences Council for an in depth look at how The Navy Yard has become an essential component of the Philadelphia Life Sciences Ecosystem. Our discussion with a panel of stakeholders explores how with PIDC’s guiding hand, the Navy Yard has become a location of interest to Life Science companies and how the selection of Ensemble/Mosaic as Master Developers of the Navy Yard has honed the focus on creating a vibrant neighborhood for drug development manufacturing. The discussion will look at the critical ingredients for success, the challenges that have been encountered, and finally a look at the vision for the future.
