Scott McNallan is the Director of Architectural Design at CRB, and has over 20 years of experience delivering integrated designs for clients across the life sciences industry from Headquarters, R&D to manufacturing. His passion is designing campuses, buildings and environments that celebrate the convergence of highly technical lab spaces with creative environments. His award-winning designs and experience have given him the ability to create innovative, efficient and light-filled human-centered spaces that bring people and departments together with a common purpose of delivering impactful therapies to patients and families. Leslie Smallwood-Lewis graduated from Brown University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Immediately after graduating from Brown, Leslie attended law school at Villanova University School of Law and graduated in 1991. From 1991-2001, Leslie practiced civil defense law at a medium sized Philadelphia defense firm and subsequently in a small Philadelphia law practice specializing in workers compensation, personal injury, domestic relations and bankruptcy. In 2001, Leslie joined the Goldenberg Group, a regional mid-sized real estate development firm located in Blue Bell, PA, as an Associate Development Director. During her 7-year tenure, she was promoted three times ultimately achieving the position of Senior Vice-President of Development. Leslie led the development of a $50 million, 342,000 square foot shopping center, the largest single development in West Philadelphia and the largest development in a Federal Empowerment zone located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She also developed and implemented a program which led to the successful acquisition and relocation of private residences without incident, utilized eminent domain to acquire vacant blighted properties and generated community support and positive media coverage for the effective management of this program. In 2008, Leslie and her partner Gregory Reaves, established Mosaic Development Partners. Since its founding, Mosaic has developed over $120 million in real estate projects and has created over 200 construction jobs and 100 full-time jobs.

Mark’s extensive background in commercial real estate includes 20+ years in the public and private sectors. Operating out of Ensemble’s Philadelphia office, Mark serves as a key member of our executive team to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of development opportunities in the East Coast Region. Previously, Mark was Vice President of Leasing & Property Development for Liberty Property Trust, where he was responsible for Development, Leasing, and Dispositions. During his tenure with Liberty, he oversaw 1.6 million SF of commercial real estate activity at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and managed the company’s relationship with the Navy Yard’s public sector development partner, PIDC.

Kate McNamara is PIDC’s Senior Vice President, Navy Yard, where she is responsible for planning, design, construction, infrastructure, transportation, facilities operations, and real estate development at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. McNamara is an attorney specializing in complex project management, public sector real estate, and capital projects. She joined PIDC in 2011 to lead a long-term revitalization initiative for 3,700 acres of historically industrial land along the east and west banks of the lower Schuylkill River. Key highlights of her tenure at PIDC include: Lower Schuylkill Master Plan, Advanced Life Sciences Infrastructure, and the Growth & Expansion of University City Medical Complex. Prior to joining PIDC, McNamara served as Special Assistant to Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell, managing the Commonwealth’s $450 million port expansion initiative and strategic planning for the $786 million expansion of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. She also represented the Commonwealth on the boards of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority and the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority. McNamara also held positions at the Delaware River Port Authority as Assistant General Counsel, followed by Director, Port of Philadelphia and Camden to manage the $18 million Philadelphia Cruise Terminal and $10 million Riverlink Ferry System.
