ULI Behind the Scenes: Schuylkill Yards

Adjacent to Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station, Schuylkill Yards is transforming 14 acres of underutilized space into a vibrant neighborhood of parks, lifestyle experiences, and workspaces, intentionally designed for productivity and wellbeing. The $3.5 billion master-planned development will connect communities and create an urban environment featuring entrepreneurial spaces, educational facilities, life sciences spaces, corporate offices, residential and retail options, hospitality and cultural venues, and a series of public open spaces.
Join ULI Philadelphia and Brandywine Realty Trust for a walking tour of the unique mixed-use development. During the tour, attendees will have an opportunity to explore Drexel Square, the first of Schuylkill Yard’s planned public spaces that opened this past June. Guests will also get an exclusive opportunity to view Schuylkill Yards from the 16th floor of the FMC Tower, while learning about the ongoing and future development plans for this innovative neighborhood.
• Tour will meet at FMC Tower, 17th Floor. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time.
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
