Mayor Medany, his wife, Joan and their 3 children are lifelong residents of Deptford Township. The Mayor is retired member of UA Local 322 and spent his career as a project manager. He also holds a state Master Plumber’s license. The Mayor is a holder of a fourth degree belt and is very active in sports and recreation. Mayor Medany has been active in the community for many years. He has coached in practically every youth organization and is a member of Deptford's Volunteer Hall of Fame. He is a past vice president of Deptford Little League. He is a 20 year member of the Deptford Planning Board. The Mayor belongs to the Deptford Elks, the Knights of Columbus and the Deptford Democrat Club. He is a past president of the Gloucester County Mayor's Association. He is also a Rutgers certified safety instructor. The Mayor has served on Township Council since 2000 and has been the Mayor for the past 14 years. He believes that good Governing provides for the Health, Safety and Welfare of residents. He works hard by keeping Deptford’s finances in great shape and by keeping local property taxes stable. Mayor Medany is committed to the community of Deptford and is always working to create fantastic recreational activities like the state of the art playgrounds throughout Deptford Township.

Mayor of Voorhees Township for 15 years and a member of the Voorhees Township Committee and Voorhees Planning Board for 17 years. Also served as Director of Public Safety in Voorhees. Member of the New Jersey Mayors Hall of Fame. Member of the Camden County Mayors Association for 15 years and President of the CCMA in 2015. Honored as Camden County Mayor of the Year in 2015. Trial attorney since 1984 and President of the law firm of Mattlemen, Weinroth & Miller, P.C.

Chris Ressa joined DLC in 2007. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Ressa is responsible for overseeing all tenant facing operations including leasing, property management, construction and marketing on all DLC owned and third-party managed assets. During his tenure at DLC, his relationships, leasing ability, and leadership have led to numerous successful repositioning of assets. His most notable leasing transactions have included deals with TJX, Ross Dress for Less, Burlington, Dick’s Sporting Goods, The Kroger Company, Best Buy, Ulta, LA Fitness and Planet Fitness. Prior to coming to DLC, he worked for Ashkenazy Acquisitions as a Regional Leasing Manager responsible for all new and renewal leases in a portfolio of approximately 3.5 million square feet of retail real estate including regional malls, grocery-anchored centers, power centers, and street retail. His career started at The Sherwin-Williams Company as a Real Estate Manager handling existing store renewals, and new stores in the Eastern Division Region. In addition to new store real estate, Mr. Ressa’s role involved handling the real estate for district/regional offices as well as warehousing locations for Sherwin-Williams. Mr. Ressa received a BA in economics from Rutgers University in 2005. Mr. Ressa is an active member of the ICSC, received his CLS (Certified Leasing Specialist) in 2010 and in December 2012 became a member of the ICSC CLS Committee.

Susan Bass Levin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Cooper Foundation at Cooper University Hospital, an academic medical center committed to world-class patient care, education and research. Susan’s career spans government service and law, as well as leadership in nonprofit and community organizations. Susan was the Mayor of Cherry Hill from 1988 to 2002, served in the Cabinet of three Governors as the Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs, and served as the Deputy Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Susan is the Co-chair of Cooper’s Ferry, an economic development non-profit organization, and currently serves on the board of the Cherry Hill Public Library and the KIPP Cooper Norcross Academy. She has been a member of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey, Alliance for Action, Literacy Volunteers of Camden County, the Boys and Girls Club of Camden County, the New Jersey Women’s Fund and the South Jersey Development Council. She was an early member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, and served as State President from 1984 to 1985. Susan is most proud of her work building the Cherry Hill Public Library and the MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper in Camden, as well her work with women and children throughout her career. Susan has been honored by many organizations for her work in the public and private sectors, including the Rand Institute for Public Affairs at Rutgers, the Executive Women of New Jersey, Women in Transportation, Professional Women in Construction, Women Builders Council, NJ Association of Women Lawyers, NJ Association of Women Business Owners, Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey, Philadelphia Business Journal, Girls Scouts of America, Camden Churches Organized for People (CCOP), Bergen County Women Lawyers Network, Girl Scouts of America, the Boys and Girls Club of Camden County and the NJ Community Development Corporation. A graduate of the University of Rochester (Phi Beta Kappa), Susan received her law degree from George Washington University Law School (with High Honors) where she was a member of the Law Review.

Kelly Cook Andress began her career in senior housing in 1989 at Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. where she was Vice President for Development and Finance. She helped define the company that came to define the industry. She has been closely involved in the development of more than 20 communities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic; developing, acquiring and operating senior communities at all levels of independence and care. Seeing the evolution in senior housing move towards cookie-cutter, Wall Street-driven corporations, Kelly was inspired to forge a new definition of senior living; rooted in a dedication to building communities with the flexibility to adjust around residents as their desires and needs change.
