    The William H. Gray III 30th Street Station is undergoing a generational transformation via a Public Private Partnerships model intended to improve Amtrak operations & customer service, re-imagine the station as a community hub and gathering place, modernize the facility as a whole, while respecting the historic importance of the facility and maintain daily operations.  Hear from the Plenary – Lead Developer – and Gilbane Building Company – Design / Build Contractor – on the P3 project structure, development approach, modernization goals, and current project status.

    Light breakfast will be provided. This program is members-only and intended to be a dialogue between presenters and attendees. There will be time at the beginning and end of the program for networking.

    Scott is a Senior Project Executive for Gilbane Building Company. His career has carried him throughout the Washington DC / Northern Virginia, Baltimore, and Philadelphia markets across a wide range of K-12, Higher Education, Sports Entertainment, and Urban Mass Transit market sectors. Scott has a proven track record of successfully navigating highly complex construction and redevelopment projects mostly within activity facilities and campuses, with many of such projects being executed via alternative delivery methods. In addition, Scott also maintains a critical role in Gilbane’s Design / Build council and the Public-Private-Partnership practice.

Managed the development budget and development team delivering the $585M Nashville Convention Center. *Investment Analyst at Bristol Development Group - Primary analyst managing pro forma generation, cash flow analysis, acquisition decision making for mid sized multifamily developer throughout the Southeast.
