Join ULI Philadelphia and local experts on November 16th for the 2022 Annual Real Estate Forecast. For 43 years PwC and ULI have jointly undertaken Emerging Trends in Real Estate®, a highly regarded and widely read forecast report. This year’s Forecast will be a hybrid event with the option to attend virtually or in person with proof of vaccination required, allowing colleagues to reconnect safely after a distant year and a half.Following the morning program, attendees are invited to join a Mentorship Meetup or have lunch on their own. In the afternoon, join local developers either virtually or in person to tour one of four transformative development projects.
We will explore the need for and examples of resilient real estate development and planning as we face a pandemic recovery, and a range of other vulnerabilities including climate change, health, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and supply chain. The Emerging Trends in Real Estate provides a national outlook on real estate investment, development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues. Our local panelists will discuss how these trends are playing out in the region across asset classes including the life sciences, multifamily, and industrial.

Join representatives from Wexford Science + Technology, University Place Associates and Brandywine Realty Trust on a tour of Philadelphia’s hottest submarket and its emerging “downtown” for life sciences and technology innovation. With over 1.5 million square feet of active construction along the Market Street corridor, University City’s skyline is rapidly changing and this is just the start. The tour will start with a presentation and hard hat tour at Wexford’s UCity Square project, and end with a presentation and tour at Brandywine’s Schuylkill Yards, highlighting other major developments along Market Street including Silverstein’s University Place 3.0 and Amtrak’s 30th Street Station Reimagination.
