The ULI Philadelphia Young Leaders Group presents the Third Annual Shark Tank. Modeled after the hit TV show, this event offers real estate developers the chance to pitch their projects to a panel of local real estate icons and industry leaders. Join us for a fun and entertaining night where the sharks will sink their teeth into two exciting projects and determine which proposal has potential for investment! Light fare and beverages will be provided.
Argo Property Group is a real estate design and development company based in Philadelphia. The project being presented is a multifamily mixed-use project, to be called “North Ridge”. It is an Opportunity Zone development site featuring 70 residential units and 2 commercial units.
Khosla Properties is a private real estate development and investment firm based in Philadelphia with a core focus on the development of new construction multi-family and mixed-use projects in Fishtown, Brewerytown, Sharswood, Point Breeze, and University City sub markets. The firm’s main objectives are to deliver residential & commercial units with a focus on high quality finishes, modern form, functional design, and seamless smart technology integration to prospective tenants and to create superior assets with great risk adjusted returns for its investors.
The project being presented will be a five story ground up new construction building in the heart of Brewerytown’s 31st street corridor revitalization. The building will consist of 32 residential units, a ground floor amenity space, and 10 covered parking spaces.
