Get the background story and inside track on two new multi-housing communities that have broken pricing records and expanded neighborhoods in Philadelphia while paying tribute to surrounding historic elements.

The tour will begin at the 500 Walnut. Strategically positioned to complement the view from adjacent Independence National Historic Park in Society Hill stands 500 Walnut, an ultra-luxury residential tower. Scannapieco Development Corporation’s 26-story condominium designed by Cecil Baker + Partners is home to expansive, fully-customizable residences desired by a niche audience of buyers. 500 Walnut is the peak of contemporary residential architecture that honors our city’s history yet celebrates its transformation and revitalization. The building features one of a kind, fully automated mechanical parking, as well as state of the art amenities.  From its slender design to glass window wall system, 500 Walnut is a game changing project breaking pricing records and further invigorating the residential transformation and competitiveness occurring in Philadelphia.

Transportation will be provided as the group moves to Lincoln Square, a newly delivered class A mixed-use project situated on the NW corner of Broad and Washington Streets featuring the adaptive reuse of the iconic Lincoln Trainshed.  This premier, transit-oriented development, features 322 class A apartments, over 100,000 square feet of retail and over 400 parking spaces.  A destination to itself, the retail features a Target, Wine & Spirits, Petsmart, and Sprint Store.  Further complimenting the project is over 50,000 square feet of amenity space.  Outside amenities feature lounge areas with couches, televisions, fire pits, barbeques, and even a running track – all with stellar views of the city.  The residences feature studios through 3-bedroom units catering to both millennials and families on the southern end of the fast-developing Avenue of the Arts.

A networking lunch will be provided following the tour of Lincoln Square.
