Food plays an integral role in social interaction and helps create a sense of community. Real estate plays a major role in shaping the way that people access, purchase and experience food.  The two are intertwined as real estate developers and restaurant operators are working together to deliver new, vibrant developments that offer vibrant, experiential offerings that promote a variety of food and beverage genres.  We have assembled a panel of experts involved in the various aspects of food and real estate including:

  • Moderator: Carrie Leishman – President & CEO for the Delaware Restaurant Association
  • Thomas Hanna, Jr. – COO, Harvey Hanna Corp
  • Joe Latina – Retail Broker & Principal with Patterson Woods Commercial Properties
  • Xavier Teixido, Owner, Harry’s Hospitality Group
