Fairmount Park Conservancy Seeks New Executive Director
Fairmount Park Conservancy is an independent 501(c)(3) organization that champions Philadelphia parks.
On Wednesday, July 17, ULI Philadelphia invited its Annual Sponsors for a first look tour of The Harper, developed by Pearl Properties. The 300,000-square-foot, mixed-use project in Rittenhouse includes 183 apartments, 10,000 SF of office space, several restaurants and retail spaces.
Principals from the project, James Pearlstein and Reed Slogoff of Pearl Properties and Dave Schultz and Susan Davidson of DAS Architects, provided an overview of the project and the shared vision that The Harper was designed to be an active community for a modern environment. Attendees got to tour the best-in-class amenity package the building has to offer including an indoor basketball court, rooftop green park and outdoor pool, as well as a sneak peak at K’Far Café by world renowned Chef Michael Solomonov.
