The retail market is constantly in motion. While some retail is seeing tough financial times and some centers are struggling, the Central Pennsylvania region continues to see new retail developed and opened in our cities, boroughs and surrounding communities.  The fact is while online shopping continues to grow it still only represents 10% of all retail shopping. As the state of retail continues to evolve, please join us for a discussion on current trends and the future of retail. From Downtowns to Boroughs –  from  new “lifestyle” centers  to the re-invention of older centers; retail continues to grow  in our region.  Why?

An expert panel of representatives from several developments from the region will discuss the trends and future of retail in our area including:

  • Marshall Snively, President of the Lancaster City Alliance – Panel Moderator
  • Ken Gall, Director of Real Estate – Hershey Trust Company – Hershey West End Project
  • Ken Hornbeck, Vice President – Development, High Real Estate Group – The Crossings at Conestoga Creek
  • Richard Jordan III, President – Smith Land & Improvement Corporation – Camp Hill
