ULI Philadelphia hosted its 2nd Annual Holiday Brunch on December 12 at The Laurel, the tallest luxury residential building in Philadelphia, bringing members together for a sold out afternoon of connection, celebration, and year-end reflection. With no formal agenda, the event was centered on time to mingle, strengthen relationships, and enjoy the season with colleagues across the region’s real estate and land use community. 

Set against sweeping views of Center City, guests enjoyed festive bites and beverages while catching up with peers and welcoming new faces into the group. Partners like the Center City District added to the experience by sharing resources on local holiday happenings, and SCB Architecture provided thoughtful holiday tokens to participants.  

The brunch offered a fitting moment to recognize a shared effort – appreciation for the sponsors who sustain ULI’s mission, including event sponsor Sankofa Signings. As ULI Philadelphia Executive Director Kevin Moran put it, “Our sponsors make so much possible; nearly 60% of ULI’s annual revenue comes from their support, which helps ensure that high quality programs and events can continue year round.”  

As guests departed with holiday treats in hand, the tone was both festive and optimistic. The gathering not only closed out 2025 on a high note but also set the stage for an energized year ahead. ULI Philadelphia looks forward to building on this momentum and to welcoming everyone back for the 3rd Annual Holiday Brunch in 2026!
