ULI Philadelphia Announces New Co-Chairs for the South Jersey and Delaware Regional Councils

ULI Philadelphia welcomes two new additions to the South Jersey and Delaware Regional Council’s leadership. Recap: Coastal Resiliency in Atlantic City

On Wednesday, July 25, ULI Philadelphia held their “Coastal Resiliency: Atlantic City Seawall” event in New Jersey. Because of impending thunderstorms, the event was moved inside where Stephen Rochette and Keith Watson from the US Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District presented about their work on the Absecon Inlet seawall. The Army Corps broke ground in 2015 amid growing concerns over rising sea levels and increasing storm intensity and recently finished the seawall in April 2018.
