Meet the ULI PHL Staff: Natalia Serejko

Natalia joined ULI Philadelphia in January of 2015 after being drawn to the organization’s mission to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. As Senior Associate she manages the Affinity Councils including NEXT, Women’s Leadership, and Young Leaders including the mentorship program and the Etkin Johnson Scholarship. Applications Now Open for Mentorship Program

We are currently accepting applications for a yearlong mentoring program designed to develop emerging talent in real estate and foster mutually beneficial relationships within ULI. Our Young Leaders Council will pair younger ULI members with more experienced members, based on shared interests, backgrounds, and goals. Each match will meet at least four times a year at their convenience for lunch, coffee, after work, or at a ULI program or event. Interested in being a Mentee? Women’s Leadership Council Conducts Spark Lab

On November 28, 2017,  ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative partnered with Spark Program to host a Lab for girls from Blaine Elementary, a co-ed K-12 school in Strawberry Mansion.   Melissa Govette of M&T Bank, a ULI member and Spark Program board member, welcomed the students in a conference room overlooking the Philadelphia skyline at their Center City location. Brandywine Realty Trusts’ ULI “Cira Award” Scholarship Winners Announced

The Cira Award Scholarship program, sponsored by Brandywine Realty Trust, complements the ULI Etkin Johnson Program and is designed to immerse its student participants into the thriving land use industry in Philadelphia. For one year, beginning in November, program participants will attend ULI Philadelphia events, participate on committees, meet with a mentor and network with ULI members to enhance their scholastic endeavors and learn the benefits of ULI membership.
