Applications are now open for the 2025 -2027 NEXT Flight, a two-year cohort of interdisciplinary real estate and land use mid-career professionals that foster leadership opportunities in development and the built environment.
Each flight is capped at about 15 ULI Philadelphia members, and staggered two-year flights create cohorts of about 30 members, who develop compelling engagement opportunities to learn from one another and create long-lasting relationships that support each other’s professional development.
