On the morning of Thursday, October 18th, ULI Philadelphia had the exclusive opportunity to tour Society Hill’s new ultra-luxury residential tower, 500 Walnut, as well as the newly delivered class A mixed-use project on Broad and Washington, Lincoln Square. Meet the Etkin Johnson Student Scholars for 2019

The Etkin Johnson Student Scholar Scholarship program is designed to immerse its participants into the thriving land use industry in Philadelphia. From October 2018 through May 2019, the participants will attend ULI Philadelphia events, committees, become volunteers, meet with a mentor and network with ULI members to enhance their scholastic endeavors and learn the benefits of ULI membership. TLC for Harrisburg’s Third Street Corridor The Urban Land Institute today released its report on the Technical Assistance Panel convened on April 18 – 19, 2018 to study Harrisburg’s Third Street Corridor.
